Frances Zeman, FASA, is the director and senior appraiser of Appraisal Resource Associates, Inc., with over 40 years of experience. A Fellow Accredited Senior Appraiser (FASA) with ASA, Ms. Zeman has held various prominent positions within the ASA, including Chancellor of the College of Fellows, Discipline Governor, Chair of the Personal Property Discipline Committee, and President of the NorCal and Long Island Chapters. She is also a member of TASA, Expert Resources, Inc., and the American Arbitration Association. Additionally, she is a member of ArtTable, where she served as Co-Chair of the NYC Chapter Membership Committee and on the Career Development Committee. Ms. Zeman is a member of the Association of Professional Art Advisers (APAA) and has lectured publicly, published articles, and taught at the university level. She has presented seminars on Appraisal Report Writing at ASA conferences and is an adjunct professor at Pratt Institute, teaching courses in Appraisal Research and Analysis and Appraisal Report Writing. Ms. Zeman holds a B.S. degree from New York University and an M.A. degree from C.U.N.Y. Brooklyn College, complemented by practical experience from seminars and coursework at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Cooper Hewitt Museum, Sotheby's, and Christie's.

Lucas Parris, ASA, CFA, is senior vice president and leader of Mercer Capital’s Insurance Industry Team, specializing in business valuation and advisory services for insurance agencies, brokerages, underwriters, third-party administrators, and other industry service providers. These services include independent valuations for corporate transactions, agency perpetuation, buy-sell agreements, financial reporting, tax compliance, and buy or sell side consulting services. He also leads Mercer Capital’s Financial Reporting Valuation Group, providing public and private clients with fair value opinions and related assistance pertaining to goodwill and other intangible assets, purchase price allocation, stock-based compensation, and illiquid financial assets. Matthew Kaufman, ASA, ARM, is the principal of Spearhead Valuation Group. As an Accredited Senior Appraiser in Machinery & Technical Specialties and Appraisal Review & Management, he brings extensive expertise to his role. Mr. Kaufman has led appraisal projects across North and South America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. His experience as a project manager is particularly strong in the fields of technology and commerce. Specializing in purchase price allocations, equipment and tangible asset valuations, he ensures compliance with financial and tax reporting standards. Additionally, Mr. Kaufman provides services for insurance claims, litigation support, and the valuation of new assets. His academic background includes a B.S. degree in Arts with a focus on psychology and sociology from Portland State University, complemented by coursework in optical engineering from Oregon Institute of Technology.

Martin Fuller, ASA, MGA®, is the president of MFA, LLC, a renowned jewelry appraisal practice dedicated to serving private clients, the jewelry trade, and government agencies. As an Accredited Senior Appraiser in Gems and Jewelry and a Master Gemologist Appraiser® from ASA, Mr. Fuller brings extensive expertise to his field. He is also a Graduate Gemologist from the Gemological Institute of America and a Certified Senior Member of the National Association of Jewelry Appraisers. Mr. Fuller has held prominent roles including Gems & Jewelry Discipline Governor on ASA’s Board of Governors Committee and President of the ASA Washington, DC Metro Area Chapter. He has contributed to the Personal Property Resource Panel of The Appraisal Foundation and served as a NAJA representative on the Industry Advisory Council of The Appraisal Foundation. Specializing in insurance appraisals, Mr. Fuller also provides litigation support as an expert witness in jewelry and gemology matters across Federal, State, and local levels, offering expert testimony in Virginia and California courts. He frequently presents on gems and jewelry topics at industry events and serves as an expert consultant for local and federal government agencies, including the Smithsonian Institution's Gems & Minerals Division and Washington, D.C. museums.

Thomas Dawson, ASA, is an Accredited Senior Appraiser with Resonance Appraisals. Since 1998, Mr. Dawson has been actively involved in buying and selling musical instruments and equipment. Since 2017, he has specialized in appraising musical instruments, collections, music equipment, music archives, and valuable manuscripts. In his previous role managing a P&C insurance agency, he insured millions of dollars worth of personal property, including musical instruments, collections, equipment, books, manuscripts, and photographs. Certified as a commercial insurance specialist in 2016, he has quoted, written, and managed thousands of insurance policies for various types of personal and commercial property. Mr. Dawson holds a B.S. in Music from the University of Oregon and has completed ASA's Principles of Valuation Personal Property Appraisal courses, along with additional connoisseurship courses at the University of Oregon. He is also licensed in Oregon and Washington for Property and Casualty, Life and Health insurance, with a commitment to ongoing education and holds Allstate Commercial Insurance Certification.

Woody Fincham, ASA, is President of Accurity Fincham & Associates. Mr. Fincham is a Certified Residential Appraiser who has worked in private firms and for both municipal-level assessment offices and the Virginia TAX department as a reviewer for conservation easement and historical façade easement properties. His most recent position included being a Residential Chief Appraiser at a national appraisal firm where he developed training, assisted in business development and assisted staff appraisers in complex problems and properties. He specializes in complex residential properties that include mansions, equestrian hobby farms, hobby farms, resorts, waterfront and high-performance home certifications such as HERS, Pearl and LEED. Mr. Finchman has been an active ASA member volunteer serving on the Society’s real property education, marketing, and membership subcommittees. He additionally is qualified as an expert witness and frequent presenter at valuation profession conferences and meetings.
