ARM Certificate of Completion
Who is it For?
The ARM Committee established the ARM Certificate of Completion in 2019 specifically for two groups of people:
- For appraisers who are not ASA members but are interested in the appraisal review component and want to learn more, or take the first steps towards qualifying for eventual accreditation and membership in ASA.
- For non-appraisers (lawyers, Bankers, CPAs) who are interested in learning more about appraisal review as they are exposed to review appraisals in their daily work.
What are the Requirements?
Let's get you started! To earn the ARM Certificate of Completion, students need to successfully complete the following courses and their corresponding exams:
- AR201 - Appraisal Review and Management Overview
- AR204 - Appraisal Review and Management Application
How Do I Apply?
There is no application process or fee to pay! Simply successfully complete the two above-noted courses and you will be able to download your Certificate of Completion from ASAʼs website.
