ASA Real Property Valuation Professionals also provide appraisal services for buy/sell agreements, financing, insurance issues, tax assessment, tax appeals, litigation and litigation support, partnership/family dissolution, just compensation for eminent domain/condemnation, equitable distribution of marital assets, highest and best use studies, marketability studies and much more.
Designated ASA Real Property appraisers have demonstrated their commitment to the highest standards. In addition to having met rigorous education requirements, they have also completed at least 10,000 hours of full-time real property valuation experience.
