Ron Seigneur, CPA/ABV | Seigneur Gustafson LLP

Ron is a founding partner of Seigneur Gustafson LLP, based in Lakewood Colorado, where he is responsible for financial forensics, business and intellectual property valuation, practice management consulting and exit & succession planning services. He is co-author of Financial Valuations: Applications and Models, published by John Wiley & Sons, Reasonable Compensation: Applications and Analysis for Management, Valuation and Tax, published by Business Valuation Resources, the second edition of The Cannabis Industry Accounting and Appraisal Guide, published by LuLu, Financial Expert Guide for Family Law Judges and Attorneys, published by Business Valuation Resources, and a contributing author to the 6th edition of Shannon Pratt’s Valuing a Business.

Ron has been an adjunct professor at the University of Denver Daniels College of Business teaching business appraisal classes. Ron is also chair of the Business Valuation Committee of the American Society of Appraisers. He has a BA from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Michigan. He is a fellow of the College of Law Practice Management and a frequent speaker and author on professional practice issues including leadership, expert witness skills, cannabis industry matters, strategic planning, compensation and related topics.

Ryan Cram, Financial Analyst | Seigneur Gustafson, LLP

Ryan Cram has worked as a Financial Analyst with Seigneur Gustafson, LLP since 2016, and specializes in cannabis, hemp and early stage company valuation.  Prior to joining SG, Ryan developed his professional skills as an investment analyst with a globally recognized sell-side equity research firm covering wireless semiconductor stocks.  In 2014, he started a consulting practice valuing cannabis related businesses and aiding firms in fundraising efforts.  His research has been published in various publications and throughout Wall Street over the last several years.  He’s also made several public and television appearances delivering commentary on valuation issues for the cannabis, hemp, and wireless technology industries. Mr. Cram graduated from Colorado State University in 2003 with a degree in Finance & Real Estate and is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).
