Bonny Rogers, Chief Operations Officer
Bonny Rogers oversees the operational and administrative functions of ASA’s education, membership, credentialing, and marketing departments. As a senior staff member and staff liaison to the Business Valuation Committee, she brings strategic leadership and insight to ASA’s core initiatives. Since joining ASA in 2006 as the Director of Membership, Bonny’s tenure, educational background, and over 30 years of professional experience have equipped her with a deep understanding of ASA’s cross-departmental programs, policies, procedures, and overall association operations and management.
Bonny holds a Bachelor of Arts from Union College, where she was inducted into Psi Chi Honor Society and recognized on the Dean’s List for four consecutive years. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from George Mason University, where she served as president of the Student Nurses Association and was a member of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society. In addition, Bonny completed a Certificate in Meetings Management from the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), where she has maintained active membership for over 20 years.
Before joining ASA, Bonny gained extensive association management experience. Her roles included membership retention and marketing manager at the Food Products Association, director of events and member services at the American Association of Exporters and Importers, development and member services manager at the International Franchise Association, and association administrator with Smith Bucklin and Associates.
Molly Elliott, Governance Manager and Executive Assistant. Molly provides executive support to ASA's CEO/EVP and governance activities. She serves as staff liaison to ASA's Board of Governors, College of Fellows, Constitution and Bylaws, and the Nominating and Awards Committees.

Sarah Sebastian, CAE, Director of Membership and Credentialing Services. Sarah manages the development and implementation of all membership recruitment/retention and credentialing programs. She directs and coordinates the organization’s membership and credentialing services department and actively seeks to grow and service ASA’s membership base. Sarah has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Radford University. She is a member of the American Society of Association Executives and is a Certified Association Executive. Prior to ASA, she worked for the Colorado Society of CPAs and the American Academy of Audiology.

Susannah L. Coleman, Sr. Membership Manager. Susannah executes the daily activities related to new-member acquisitions and ASAʼs renewal programs; oversees and implements new-member outreach programs; and manages ASAʼs Benefit Partner Program. She also develops and maintains training materials and opportunities in addition to implementing strategies for continuous quality control and improvement. Susannah also manages the member reinstatement process; and the dues installment payment plans. In addition, Susannah oversees ASA's call center and focuses her staff on providing excellent customer service to ASA's members, students, volunteers and prospects.

Cinthia Giannakos, Director of Education. Cinthia is responsible for the overall management of ASAʼs education department. Her dedication and commitment were recognized in 2016 with the bestowing of the Societyʼs Sylvia Wade Olson Award which is given to an employee demonstrating exemplary member service and leadership in building cooperative, helpful working relations.
